The very reasonable pricing was a pleasant surprise, allowing me to experience an old-world charm that felt nostalgic yet cozy. I appreciated the attentive staff who promptly addressed my request to quiet the noise from the people upstairs at 10 PM, ensuring a more restful night.
The room did carry a slightly dusty feel that hinted at its age, which might bother some guests. While it added character, a cleaner ambiance would have elevated the experience.

The room with air con. There were an air conditioning, a kettle, and an iron, which was great. The location in a very quiet area was comfortable and exceptionally nice and there were a bakery and the main shopping centre nearby...

The highlight was the outdoor pool, a refreshing treat, especially after a day exploring nearby landmarks like Queens Park. The friendly staff enhanced our experience, offering assistance when needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and comfortable venue, incredible location close enough to town centre, very close to the pub and other shops and restaurants and the city centre. Excellent sized and functional rooms with breakfast available. A lounge area, netflix, and a couch in the bedroom.

The location is pretty good, just a short drive to the city center and surrounded by several tasty eateries like bakeries and cafes. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, which had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The pool was a nice feature to relax in after a long day!
My experience wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. The room felt a bit outdated, and the parking situation was a hassle. Plus, I had some weird vibes from management about trivial issues that made me feel unwelcome. It definitely put a damper on what could have been a great getaway.

The servicing of the room daily. It was nice to have clean towels and restocked tea/coffee. Also the bed was quite comfortable.
The bathrooms, especially the shower recess could do with a really good clean. The grout in the tiles was dirty, there was mould on the ceiling and hair from previous clients was found on several surfaces. Also the pool could have been cleaner. For me the bathroom really was in an unacceptable state and would deter me from staying again.

The room was immaculate and had all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and working air conditioning that kept me cool during the warm days. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to shops and restaurants yet surprisingly quiet.
I can recommend this hotel.

Its proximity to St Patrick's Cathedral. The proprietor was also helpful in drawing my attention and directing me to Picnic Point.
Perhaps some crockery (eg bowls) could have been supplied, but this is a very minor point.

We found the management/staff of the Leichhardt to be friendly, co-operative and very obliging beyond the call of duty which made our three long working days at the Toowoomba Home Show easy to handle. We thank you for your friendliness
